Collaboration with Flexo Manpower Services
An employment agency with a heart
In 2017 Trampolin pa Trabao joined forces with FLEXO Manpower Services, a locally-based employment agency, to create meaningful work experiences for people with special needs. Placing clients in jobs since January of 2018, those whom are not initially offered labor contracts are able to receive the same employment rights and benefits like the rest of the labor force under Flexo’s wings.
Since the beginning of the project, Flexo has included many of Trampolin pa Trabao’s clients in various activities and employment situations. This translates into yearly donations given back to the foundation. For each person who will be placed through this project, Flexo makes a donation to us.

2022: Awg. 2,500
Flexo is also an avid fan of our kitchen, ordering our delicious food and snacks for any and all festive occasions.
